> 3 dayYou have to get their app, which requires all kinds of location data, photos, and wants to push adds for something that should require none of it. I have both 2.4 and 5 networksSays you must connect to 2.4. Tried multiple times after creating an account, then following instructions that said fast blinking to link, then slow blinking contradiction. Unplugged, reset, tried multiple times both manual and automatic with no luck. I suspect mine is defective, and would get it replaced and try again but I found one that works with the alexa app, and does not require a 3rd party account and unnecessary authorizations and data collection.

Greater than one weekFirst this was the hardest plug to get connected to the internet and then I set a schedule for it to turn the lights on and off and it doesn’t work half the time, oh and every 3-4 mins everything flickers off and back on nonstop all day…this is for a bearded dragon set up!

> 3 dayWorks great, quick and easy to set up. I thought I would have a problem setting up 2 outlets in the same room but I didnt. I got both a white and black one. The flashing light is difficult to see with the white outlet and the USB plugs are not fast chargers. Other than that it works as intended.

> 3 dayThis device plugs into the wall outlet via one normal plug and a blank plastic plug at the bottom to stabilize the device. It could use power from the second outlet or just use this as a pass through. Instead they give you three wifi switchable outlets and three non switchable (always on) outlets. All supplied by one outlet. The device can use better lighting around the power button. It was hard to see the pairing light but I was able to pair it after turning the lights in the room off to make sure I was in the right pairing mode. Minus these two hiccups (personal opinions) the device after a few months of almost daily use the smart outlet still works as stated and has never failed to operate within its stated parameters. Just dont plug in a high powered receiver as I did (forgot the wattage rating) which caused brown outs as soon as the bass hit hard at a very high volume. Which was to be expected when operating as not intended by the manufacturer.

> 3 dayIt works well once you figure out the app that you’re supposed to use with it. I use it with my Echo Dot. And was able to setup my lamps on it as well as other things and just tell Alexa to turn things on and off. So easy! The app that works with this is a little confusing at first.

> 3 dayThe main power-on light ring on both of these units didnt work. There just doesnt seem to be any quality control. I am returning both of them and getting another brand. This is a shame, as the advertised capabilities of this unit was attractive.

Greater than one weekI tried several times and couldnt get this to connect with the app. I I even disabled the 5g so it could connect to the 2g WiFi. It was a waste of time and money. Do not buy this cheap crap.

> 3 daySo we are not very tech savey but I really like the smart home products we have so far and I wanted to try this out. My husband was able to figure it out pretty quickly and I love being able to use my phone to turn on and off lights and kitchen items. He has not worked on how to use the voice option yet but I really hope he dies that soon. I would recommend this item.
