> 3 dayUpdating my original review because I thought I received a bag w/out a shoulder strap. That was not true since I realized later that the strap fell out when I was opening the bag and it was under the bed. I look forward to using the bag next week for a trip and I should easily be able to fit a weekend worth of clothes including multiple outfits per day. I also want to note that the company contacted me within 24 hours when they thought I was missing a shoulder strap. The customer service was great and I like that they pay attention to their product reviews and want to make things right with the customer.

Greater than one weekWould give 5 stars. Great for traveling to special occasions or daily use. My zipper did break before first flight so I was worried things might fall out.

> 3 dayIf you are a frequent traveler this bag is a must have. Garment bag and duffel bag all-in-one. They thought of everything.

> 3 dayThe bag is shipped folded up in a tiny box. This results in the bottom (which I believe should be semi-rigid) being creased. I havent been able to get rid of it yet, and am concerned about it contributing to suit wrinkling. Additionally, the zippers the close the bag from flat to duffel-shaped dont quite meet at the top; theres about a 2 inch hole on each side that is just open. I find this odd. The bag seems like it will be reasonably sturdy once packed with items, but as it is, it has a strange shape (not at all like the first image on the product page). Its more peaked at the top and tall. It also feels odd to me that this bag is intended to be used with a rolling carry-on. I cant imagine stuffing it under the seat as a personal item. Maybe the airline will let me get away with two items in the overhead bin. I dont know. Will update if it works out better than currently expected.

> 3 dayEasily fit a suit and shoes, however suit was wrinkled upon arrival. Should heed other reviews that indicate the need to fully pack the rest of the bag to hold the suit in place and thereby keep it wrinkly free.

> 3 dayThe bag itself worked great but when you store it, there’s no way to keep it closed so you need someplace to store where it won’t get too shuffled.

> 3 dayI am rewriting my review of the bag which was initially negative due to quality control and that all of the my buckles fell apart for not being sewn together. The customer service team noted my comments and sent me new bag as I was not aware of the 1 year warranty. The new bag is a marked improvement and more in line with what I was expecting upon my original order. I did not wait, like last time, and immediately packed the bag to test it out and how it would hold shape and how everything would perform. It held its shape very well and the snap buckles stayed intact even with a tight fit. I am now a happy customer!

> 3 dayI read the reviews before I purchased this bag. a lot of people complained about the zippers. Honestly, they are a little cumbersome, but thats because they are traveling in a circle, likely with internal pressure working against them (Ive your packed the bag tight). A little easy care goes a long way with the zippers. I suppose if you man handled them through their circular route and expected them to hold up for a million years, youd be disappointed. But a little careful zipping and they work just fine. the bag is absolutely wonderful for traveling. stows EASILY in overhead bins. the shoe keeper is a great idea. theres also usually enough room for a pair of jeans, a few shirts, socks etc. in the internal compartment after the bag is rolled together. Overall, great little bag.

> 3 dayI bought this to bring a suit, shirt, dress, shoes, etc. for an out-of-town formal wedding as carry-on. We didnt want to risk checking it in with the airline. Overall, we were happy with it especially for the price. The bag was convenient and the right size for a quick trip. It fit in the overhead bin. A pocket allows it to be loaded onto the handle of a rolling bag. The separate, integrated shoe compartment easily accommodated a couple pairs of shoes. Shoulder strap was helpful. However, it was a smidge small for my suit (both width and length as Im a bit taller and bigger than average). Our clothes werent exactly wrinkle-free (as advertised) but theres really no way to completely avoid that. So, give yourself enough time to hang the clothes to relax the wrinkles. Its durable enough for carry-on but Id never check it in as it wont survive.

> 3 dayThis garment bag was perfect for our clothes for our grandsons wedding. We actually had my husbands suit, shirt and 2 ties, plus my very dressy pants and tops (I couldnt decide which to wear - LOL) and a small dress handbag and shoes. Also my 17 laptop and accessories were in the bag. So it did hold all that and a few more things. We pretty much had it to capacity but was an easy carry-on for the plan and the shoulder strap, allowed my husband to carry two bags at the same time. The only thing we wish it would have been a tad wider. A 48 mens suit with hangers is a tight fit. It worked, but I was worried about the stress it might put on the bag, but all worked well. I think the company should go to their production team and possibly make a wider bag that actually are for men of bigger sizes in the chest for the width of their bag. We like how our clothes were not wrinkled after the fold of the bag. It just kind of wraps around the lap top and shoes so it isnt folded. I did use a steamer on my husbands suit, but that was more from being new than the way it was in the bag. My clothes were perfect and no creases. I recommend this bag for anyone considering it. If youre larger than a 48 tho for a mans suit, you might want to consider looking for a bag that accommodates a larger mans suit with hanger.
