This is a very cleverly designed garment bag slash carry-on. It is so spacious inside and I love that I can bring a garment or two of my choosing and it all wraps up into one carry on. The exterior is made of canvas that seems to be waterproof. There are a couple of compartments on the outside which I always like and they do not use the belt straps! they are snapped into place which is a time saver. From the flat configuration, it took a little practice to get it all zippered up properly. In the end, its zippers well and clip into place so that the zippers cant move during travel. It has leather strap handles, or I can use the shoulder strap that comes with it. Another very slick feature is a zippered pouch on the side of the outside of the bag. It can be slid over your carry-on handle or can be used as a standard pouch; again clever design. The only way it could be better is to include some travel packs for clothing. The interior is so spacious it would be easy to lose items and travel packs would make organization much, much easier. All in all I love this bag.

So far it has survived my trips through Miami international airport...bag holds up.

This is my second garment bag of this type and it is currently my favorite after using it on a weekend trip. It is very sturdy and looks very nice. If I were traveling for business, this is definitely the bag I would use. It is fairly short, as garment bags go, but it worked for me because i dont generally travel with really long, fussy clothes. It fit what I needed for a weekend trip. I like that it has lots of pockets to help keep things organized.

We got this because I have a Vera Bradley bag of similar design which I adore, and which is perfect for weekend trips. This appears to be very well made from quality materials, without any obvious faults. My husband was a bit envious, knowing he needed to be able to pack suits or sports jackets for most weekend trips, but that a garment bag never allows for all the other things one needs. This also has the advantage that it will pack flat and out of the way when were traveling in our camper, and then quickly convert into a bag which will serve all needs when we want to stop at a motel for some reason, or we want to take a short jaunt away from a camp-hosting gig. Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

When you usually get 2-in-1 bags, the main focus tends to be on the 2 primary functions, while everything else that makes a bag great gets overlooked. Thankfully, thats not the case here. This bag is both a garment bag and a duffel bag, and on top of those two functions, it also adds a lot of cool details that make a travel bag great. First off - lots of pockets. Duffel bags can be one shapeless void, and while there is a large main section, the rest of the bag tries to be as helpful as possible. Outside, theres a trolley strap with zippers on top and bottom (which means it can be partly zipped to better fit narrow handles or can be used as an actual pocket if a trolley strap isnt needed). On the front are two pouch pockets with magnetic closures. The non-functioning buckles on them add a classy touch - however, the prongs stick out and could easily snag on something or injure someone (and likely would break off the first time this bag is checked). On the one side of the bag is a large shoe pocket (if full, it takes up nearly 1/2 of the space inside the bag), and on the other, a space for pens and a phone, plus a detachable keyring. Theres a padded shoulder strap that attaches to both side pockets with metal fasteners. It also has two leather (like?) carrying handles on top. Unzip the top, and you have more pockets. Theres a slip pocket on the side opposite the shoe pocket, then on one side of the bag (top of the garment bag area) there is a zippered square pocket on the left and a organizational area (large slip pocket with a smaller slip pocket and a zipper mesh pocket on top) on the right. At the very top is a long, thin zippered pocket that is velcroed to the top of the garment area. It lifts up to reveal the zipper to access that area. Theres also a small nylon loop that will let you hang the garment bag when it is fully open. Thats likely the reason why there are no pockets on the opposite side of the duffel - when unfolded, they would be upside down. There are 5 zippers to transform the garment bag into a duffel (after the main center zipper is closed and the velcro flap/pocket is folded back down) - two on each side of the bag, and the main one on top. Each pair of side zippers has a small plastic buckle attached, so that after you zip each side, you can buckle the zippers together so they dont unzip unexpectedly. The main top zipper needs to be attached to itself (like a jacket zipper) and then the duffel is closed, with only small gaps where the zippers meet. Because of these small gaps and because the bag doesnt have much form on its own, Id recommend you use packing cubes for most of the items inside. The interior nylon lining is shiny and stiff (could be nicer), while the canvas exterior looks classy and seems to be water resistant. I have the blue version (a little more navy than the photos show), and it can pick up some dust. I plan to primarily use this bag for clothes. I dont know how well the garment section will keep clothes wrinkle-free (I think it will depend on how flat you lay them and how heavy everything else in the bag is), but I like how light-weight it is. Due to its size, it will replace your carry-on bag on flights, so will need to be carried after checking a bag or balanced carefully atop a rolling underseat bag (which I may try on my next trip). The bottom of the bag is not suited for placing on the floor (no pegs to keep it from resting directly). I would have enjoyed having this be a rolling duffel as well, but as it is, it can fit easily inside another bag until needed.

The garment bag is spacious. It is made very well and has held up nicely. Works great as a carry-on.

Its not that easy to pack your suits in and pack the bag...you need time and being patient.

This item is interesting. The packaging it came in was a bit irritating because the handles were bent and currently have a kink in the now, but overall it seems very sturdy and well made

The details of this bag was carefully consider when designing it. Not only is it a garment bag for travel, it is also a duffel bag that completely can be unzipped apart and laid out. There are various pockets for your miscellaneous needs on the inside and outside of the bag. Plus once fully zipped up, this is a very deep duffel bag with a separate space for your shoes as well. The outside of this bag is constructed with quality canvas material. The straps are designed pretty well also. This bag is a great value in the travel bag category.

The bag is sturdy and I like that it can be completely unzipped into a garment bag. Once the garments are in place it can then be zipped back up as a duffel. Zippers seem sturdy and the material seems of decent quality. Perfect all-in-one bag for a weekend trip.
