This unit has issues with it not connecting to wifi even when very close.

it took a while to set up. I switched over to Bluetooth and it connected immediately. im finally able to use my phone to turn off the lights.

I like the convenience of not having to get up from my comfy couch to turn on a lamp. The app works well and allows you to easily adjust the brightness.

I love smart plugs, and this one is no exception. They just make life easier.

so helpful and easy to use! love that it connected easily to alexa and i can now turn on and off any device or lamp with voice.

My Internet provider upgraded the modem and the router, and the majority of my smart plugs would not connect after that. The smart plug was the only one that continue to work on the 5G..

The plug is very responsive to Alexa commands. App installation and plug configuration was easy. Dimmable lightings give the room a good vibe and perfect for movie night.

I’m hoping there’s a way to fix this. Can anyone help with this issue?
