> 3 dayPurchased this set for traveling by plane, which tends to be hard on luggage. Only complaint is that the smallest of the 3 pieces arrived with the zipper tab missing. I was traveling 2 days later so I did not have time to return for a replacement. The luggage performed well and looks great. I did purchase clear luggage covers for added protection, and I am so glad that I did. There was quite a lot of damage to the covers, but my luggage still looks new. The luggage was not as lightweight as I would like, but they were very easy to roll and move through the airport. Overall this set is well worth the money, GREAT PURCHASE!

> 3 dayI was very disappointed in this suitcase. The telescoping handle had a big chunk out of it after the first time I used it, which was very sharp and caused a cut on my hand because I grabbed the handle and found out the hard way that it was broken. Also had deep scratches. I know TSA is hard on luggage, but it should not break and scratch that easily.

> 3 dayI loved this suitcase, but after I packed it, it was very heavy due to its large size. For younger travelers, this might not be a problem, but at 70, I had a hard time with it.

> 3 dayAfter a couple of months the zipper is already failing. Was just starting to think this was a good one. Don’t know that it is worth it for a zipper that won’t hold up. Really thought a well known longtime company would make higher quality product.

Greater than one weekThe bag, compartments and wheels were great. The only issue I experienced is the improper handling traveling through airports. I do not suggest using the lighter colors in airports; it could look really dirty once returned to you.

> 3 dayTruly the most beautiful suitcase I ever seen. Durable but after first use it did get scuffed up a bit. The photo in my review was taken when brand new. Stunning when the light hits it a certain way. This suitcase stands out in the crowd!

> 3 day3 months and 3 trips in, I have no complaints at all. This is a molded plastic semi-rigid book-opening suitcase with solid build quality. Its lightweight, has simple solid-molded caster wheels that seem unlikely to fail, and has a little flex and an expansion zipper to absorb your overflow *soft* goods. Like anything that isnt a fully hardened protective case, if you have fragile hard goods I would cushion with clothes and pack towards the center. The interior has a simple polyester fabric liner, elastic hold-down buckles on each side, and a mesh cover with a small integrated pocket on one side. The exterior zipper pulls match up with ring openings aligning for a travel lock, and the pull on the expander zipper is physically different from the main opening zippers, making it easy to get the right zipper by feel.

> 3 dayI took this to the middle east.....surpassed all expectations on strength and ease of use in airports and tight spaces. I was thrilled with it.

> 3 dayWe bought three of these last year. We are on our 3rd international trip and all three have broken. Admittedly they were wheeled down streets several times as we walked from bus stops and train stations to wherever it was we were going. Needless to say the wheels are not up to that. The zipper broke on one. Apparently not up to the packing strategies of my 11-year-old. Mine cracked when squished into the trunk of a car. These suitcases might be fine if your traveling involves very little walking outside of the airport and doesnt involve fitting as much as you can into a small suitcase. I do not recommend for travelers taking public transportation and walking, unless you plan on replacing these frequently.
