I bought this for my grandmother to use it to make calls and use it for video calls etc, its actually not bad at all for the price. Im thinking to get my mom one as well.

This phone works fine. But its really not better than the moto e, which is cheaper. The only noticable thing is that the camera is a lot better.

Tengo casi un año y sin problema alguno, lo uso para lo face y una que otra aplicación tomar fotos y videos. Al principio se me hacia costoso para el uso basico q ocupo pero las aplicaciones cada ves mas pesadas hicieron que comprara este celular. Y muy bueno hasta el momento. Super contento

The battery charged fast but can die quickly, unlike what it says about it lasting s long time even being on it..I have an ex that used it a lot and would have to charge it before I left for work nightly due to it dying..however, doesnt die near as fast when its left alone. Other than that, great storage space, durable, stylish, great features, great signal pretty much everywhere with my carrier (the phone you have makes a huge difference with this believe it or not! I find Moto phones are great signal phones, not the Moto E though!) And all for a pretty good price! Way cheaper on here than in stores like EalKart! Recommend buying this phone, completely worth the money and investment if you ask me, and buy it on here. Plus, you get a replacement plan on Amazon and dont in WalMart, stupidly enough but Moto does offer a plan for it if anything else! It ends up being the same price, a bit less so a better deal if you ask me, for the phone, sale taxes, and for the replacement plan price put together. Its way more in WalMart and you dont even get the piece of mind knowing your phone is covered if dropped, something is accidently dumped on it and do on! Buy this for your next phone and you too will become a Moto fan like me!

It was a nice phone until they did the update. Then thingstook a turn for the worse. The call volume malfunction and didnt work. Now I cant hear the other persons voice when on a call. I loved the front firing speaker. But other than that its an Grade B device. Does what its supposed to.

Motorola never fails to impress me. Love the location of the fingerprint reader, like many other phones the battery slowly loses life (depending on how you use it), screen quality is not the best (720p), but I do admire how dark the screen gets. Camera quality for pictures is this biggest flaw to this phone, video quality is good though. Other than that this phone is great and I recommend it.

Its fine. From the perspective of how actually amazing any smartphone is considering technology only a few decades ago this thing is fine. Its totally fine. Relative to other phones this thing isnt very good. Its show, buggy, unresponsive. It has a mediocre camera. It doesnt have a home button, physical or capacitive, but relies on a cumbersome gesture system which partially works. Sometimes you want to go to your home screen but it cycles through your apps or activates the Google assistant. Its a good idea but it doesnt work right. The biggest problem and a real deal breaker is that its poorly optimized - I cant get many apps to work properly. Audible is completely broken. Many games dont work at all. Some basic shopping apps dont work. Ive had knockoff mobile devices that didnt give me trouble like this. I cant even use the YouTube app. I have to use a low end browser and view videos on the mobile site... Otherwise the device works fine for basic uses and since I really just use it for work its adequate. Good battery life, too. The device looks nice and feels high end. Its not and Id probably something else in the future. TL;DR: its an adequate device for basic purposes. Has major optimization issues which make a lot of apps not work. Looks pretty. Good battery life.

Let me start by saying that this phone absolutely does work with Verizon. I was a little concerned reading the mixed reviews on the subject, but all I had to do was move my SIM over to it. It activated and registered itself with Verizon, no need to call them. So far Im very impressed, its a very nice device at twice the price as far as Im concerned. Beautiful display, very responsive, no slow down or lag at all, and the battery life is crazy good. I would highly recommend this phone.

Generally a good phone, but not built to last much past the 1-year warranty. One of the volume buttons broke and got stuck, rendering the phone useless. Will not boot up because of the button. Motorola wants $150 to repair it. Ridiculous.

I am loving this phone from day one, its fast and I love Motorola for keeping its SW skin so simple. Screen is very bright with great resolution; Battery lasts for more than one day - phone has excellent finish to it, does not feel cheap at all. The only thing I notice is that camera takes pictures will slight graininess, I have not taken lot of pics as Ive had this phone for just few days, maybe there are some setting to tweak. But overall, Im very satisfied with this phone.
