It has been a week since I got this laptop and I truly believe that I have no regrets buying it! The only two things you should consider before buying this are: the área above the keyboard gets hot (depending on what you are running) and the battery life is not great (but that applies for every gaming laptop). At first, I was scared that I made a poor purchase but I can assure you that it was worth every cent!

Ok so I bought this laptop right before school started and it worked great for about 3 months but then the plastic around the screen started to crack. I looked into it and it is because of the thick piece of aluminum that is loosely attached to the hinge plate. this basically turns the hinge into a lever that will push through the plastic within 4 months I had to superglue and duct tape it multiple times to make it last to winter break, even with all of this it only lasted about 7 months before the screen fell off altogether. this was still within the warranty period provided by MSI and considering that I would only use it at school and I was never particularly rough with it I would have thought that they would have done something to make it right, I mean it didnt even last the warrantied 9 months under light use, but now they told me that they dont cover physical damage or some bs like that. luckily i had also bought a 4-year square trade warranty and they were amazing. overall PLEASE DONT BUY THIS IT SUCKS.

Got this for my son and he says it is really good for the price. Decently powerfull cpu and gpu. No lag that I can see when he is playing call of duty. Good solid laptop!

On msi performance mode the fps is decent for the price

Performance is great, no thunderbolt 3. Cooling is pretty good however it does run hot under heavy load. Overall 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 stars

Pretty solid laptop. If you are gaming you should probably plug it in, otherwise its pretty good. Not a fan of the glowing keyboards so this laptop fits my needs. I can run GTA V on high settings and play pretty fine. I also added another 8 gb of ram and a 2tb drive to the laptop. You can probably find a youtube video of someone testing out the laptop if you arent sure.

Excellent gaming computer that has its own program built in to manage your laptop which includes a cooler booster, monitor for computer situation at all times, and also lets you clean the disk and free memory with an easy click of the mouse key honestly if you just upgrade the ram/Intel core/ssds you got urself an amazing gaming computer as for regular use its simply amazing and stunning starts in about 10 seconds literally. For the cons it does get hot but as I mentioned before u can cooler boost for about 5 minutes and your good to go the ram and ssds can be upgraded so yeah.

If you try to reset it will not work and cannot reset

Would give zero stars if I could .The memory ram only 8gb not the 16gb.I use test software test this laptop and found the hard drive had run up to 100 hours.It likes renew product.

I have had this Laptop for a year now, still runs great, only negative thing I have to say about it is the storage, I ended up buying an 2 TB SSD NVME it was very easy to install. I have ran GTAV on it 120 fps and World of Warcraft at around 60 to 70, both on ultra settings. Definitely recommend getting if thinking about it and on a budget.
