Super light weight and small to fit in a pack. Pretty quick to fill a 5 gallon jug.

All the newspress indicated that this was just the civvy version of the 60084 HydroLink inline filter, that the military has been using for years. Based on that, I was expecting them to work with the 90392 (MG Long Neck) reservoirs. Unfortunately, the QD sockets are not compatible.

Its okay nice for camping

Works great, small and light. What I like most about it is you could use it to filter from a faucet as pictured or inline with a bladder, with a bladder as gravity feed, in combination with a pump, etc. and it will work with any other brands bladder, etc... Very simple and easy to improvise with...

Hooks up easy, can even be added to most water systems for hiking and military.

used this to replace our broken MSR gravity filter- worked better than i thought - removed some pretty nasty odour and taste - 1L in under a minute. well worth it!!!
