I bought this projector to bring camping (glamping really) so needed something that would be bright enough to use on the side of the camper and have loud enough volume to hear what we are watching. I was very surprised at how well this projector works for the price! The picture is bright and actually pretty good color wise (no weird color saturation issues/skin looking way too light/dark. It is perfect to use even around the not light controlled campground. The sound is surprisingly loud, and legible. I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to using this projector on many camping trips for movie nights outside :-) Additional notes: As with all projectors, there is a fan. It does make noise. It is however not overpowering or distracting. I have no used the included screen yet. However I have used the hdmi port with my fire stick, an usb port to screen mirror my phone, and wifi to also mirror my phone.

Great budget projector that basically does everything!! Bundle comes with projector, remote control, HDMI cable, AV Cable, Lens protector and display projection screen. Basically everything you need to get going. It has an HDMI port for HD 1080 input which can be attached to Blu Ray or DVD player, Apple TV, Fire stick, Roku (etc) and in my case, I attached my Xbox which gives a fantastic picture. You can play any streaming platform through any of you attached devices. It has 2 USB inputs to which you can attach a hard drive with video files or photos. Very easy to navigate system with folders that are displayed. Plays MP4 & MKV files easily. There is a build in speaker which is pretty solid with a good strong clear sound, kind of surprising for a projector to have. This feature alone would make it perfect for outdoors and camping trips. If you dont want to disturb anybody there is even a headphone jack for privacy. I set my projector up for indoor use so it can easily be used with your home sound system. The picture is huge on this and Im not even using it to full capacity, Im sure with more space I could get the image even larger and it still be clear and in focus. Through the AV connector I attached my Laserdisc player and the image was really wonderful considering that device is only 480 SD. You can also mirror images from your phone or tablet for presentations and playing home videos, photo slideshows, YouTube or anything from your device screen. Very happy with this device and will be recommending it to friends. Well worth the money. At this great price it would make a wonderful gift for others. Great customer service too while I was needing help setting up. Buy with total confidence.

First off, I want to point out that I was pleasantly surprised that the projector included a built-in speaker. I plugged-in my iPhone and it had no problem with mirroring its contents. YouTube played flawlessly with its video and audio. A heads-up: As with most projectors, the copy-protected video content from other streaming apps like the Apple TV — you will only get audio, with just a black screen. The set-up was fairly straightforward, with my just looking at the included instructions for quick checkups. The packaged included a remote, and a white cloth sheet + adhesive hooks. What I ended up doing was just using my wall, and it looked vibrant. For the price that I paid, it’s a great value. Recommended.

I don’t know how you can beat this deal, how else do you get a large HD display at such a low price. I got this projector a few weeks ago and have used it a number of times since. I did not know what to expect for a projector at such a low cost, but I certainly did not expect the picture to look so good, I am impressed. Everything was packaged up nicely and easy to get out of the box, it came with a power cable (standard power cable like a PC has), an hdmi cable, an AV cable, a lens cover and items for lens cleaning. It also came with a 120” fabric screen that has metal grommets around the edges and a package of small command hooks for surface mounting. Everything you need is included and ready to enjoy right out of the box, all you need is a media source. We setup the projector inside for our first test run, shining it against the wall, no screen. I’m the tech-savvy one in my house, so just to see how difficult it is to setup, I let my youngest daughter do it. No problem at all, she got it going and was having fun casting her phone to it in just a few minutes. There is a focus dial and keystone rocker to get the picture looking just right, be sure you refer to the included instruction manual for the recommended distance between the projector and display surface to get the optimal picture at various sizes (ie. for a 300in display, place projector 8m away from screen). The included screen is a thin synthetic fabric, almost like bug netting, with a thicker material stitched around the edges and containing the grommets. I was a bit unsure about the screen and how thin it is until I had a chance to set it up outside. I was lucky to find two trees exactly the width of the screen and at a good viewing angle from my deck, so I screwed a few metal hooks in the trees and hung the screen (always use some kind of hook, easy on and off). I got the projector running and the picture looked great, then I walked around behind the screen and it was just as clear, only mirrored. You can mount the projector in 4 different orientations when using the included screen (or one like it). You can put it in front of the screen on a table or upside-down from the ceiling, or you can put it behind the screen on a table or the ceiling. Mine came set default to be on a table in front of the screen, but there is a setting in the menu to change the placement location, it will invert the image, mirror the image, or both depending on your selection. The on screen menu is clean and easy to navigate using the included remote or buttons on top of the projector. The menu is also where you can access settings for WiFi, Bluetooth, picture settings, etc. The projector has a decent built in speaker that is probably loud enough for a living room or classroom but you can also connect any Bluetooth speaker/sound bar for occasions that require more decibels. We have been enjoying this projector, especially using it outside, it’s just in time for spring here. Keep in mind that it is a projector, therefore it projects light through a lens to display images. The less light interference you have with the projection, the better your picture will look; you won’t have the best experience trying to use it outside during day or under bright overhead lights.

WOW! I purchased this item on on sale for $129 and when I received it I was blown away. First thing was its size and weight. It was bigger and heavier than I expected and very solid feeling, it really feels durable and I feel it wouldnt have a problem with a few bumps now and then which is important to me with kids running around a portable projector. Second thing to blow my mind was the brightness. I powered it up for the first time just to check it out in my living room during the day with bright sunshine lighting up the room and it struck me that I could see the picture. I could see it well. I could see it well enough that I wouldnt bother getting up to close blinds and curtains to darken the room. I actually had a $129 projector that was bright enough to watch in the daytime. I would have never expected this from a projector that didnt cost $400 or $500. The picture is very nice and I didnt notice any pixelation in the video. I am sure if I were to look really hard and get really close I might see some but it never caught my attention while watching videos or going through setup. I also didnt see any blurring around the corners which I have noticed on projectors in the past. It is not something that has bothered me but I am happy to say I did not see any of it from this projector. The screen that came with it was a 120 screen and it is very nice, a little thin but really I think it is perfect for hanging temporarily to watch a movie on the patio or in the back yard. I would imagine if I were to hang it out in the open, the light passing through the screen might be distracting in the background if it were to fall on trees or bushes in the back so I would probably go with a simple fix of hanging a tarp behind the screen. I have not even bothered using the screen at this point because the projector is bright enough that it looks good shining directly onto the painted wall. It does have the option to mount it using the Hidden screw ports under the rubber feet. This projector is legit and I would have no hesitation using it for a home theater. I know that some would turn their nose up at this projector in favor of one costing thousands of dollars but I have never seen a projector at this price point to be this good. I will say this is a great entry level projector for someone wanting to get into the home theater hobby. The user interface was very clean and easily navigated. If there were a con about this projector it would be that once you turn it off, it goes back to the defaults for inputs. So each time I turn it on I have to go in the menu and change the input to HDMI. It doesnt save my choice as default for next time. For portable use this is really a non-issue but if you mounted it and wanted to use it daily for entertainment it could be noticeable. The built-in speakers are really great and make it a great option for those outdoor movie nights. But, this thing has Bluetooth built in and I just connect it to my pair of stereo Bluetooth speakers and set them to the sides of the screen and it is just amazing. I love this feature so much and I really need to look into some bigger speakers for outdoor use but even those little speakers I have just make this experience so much more enjoyable. The fan is quite audible but how much that effects your viewing pleasure is really going to depend more on the environment that you are using it in. For outside viewing, I doubt I would even notice it at all. In my living room I was sitting next to it and I could clearly hear it but I really cannot say it bothered me. I guess if I sat next to it all the time it might become more noticeable but I really dont know that I would be sitting next to it like that in real world use. I would imagine if it were permanently mounted from the ceiling it could possibly be heard but I also think if I were to permanently mount it, I would have it in an enclosure of some sort so that it would be as Hidden as possible instead of just hanging from a bracket. It isnt ugly but we tend to hide electronic components for Audio and Video so it would be the same with this. I really enjoy this projector and the little things I found that I wish were different cannot sway my opinion of its function and use-ability versus price. I recommend this even at a higher price than I paid for it, I think it is a steal even at $200 and it really is next level from the many $100 projectors out there. I also reached out to customer service with a couple of questions. They replied promptly and gave me lots of attention to ensure that any questions were answered to my satisfaction. I have several projectors and most are picked up for use in special effects projects but this one is the first one I have gotten my hands on that I want to keep just for movie watching so I do recommend this projector to family and friends looking for entry level home theater or back yard movie nights. It is Great!

When I first received the projector I immediately noticed the weight. This projector is quite a bit heavier than others the same size that I own. Inside the box was everything you would possibly need to get up and running with your new projector including a screen. When I took it out of the box I immediately noticed a better build quality of the projector itself. The switches are larger than those found on other machines and they feel much sturdier. That to me is a definite plus. Set up was very easy. Simply plug it in attach my HDMI cable and turn it on. Immediately I became aware of how much quieter this projector is than others. This is actually the fifth projector the size that I own and it is quieter than all of the rest The ball warmed up quickly and the interface is slightly different than similar projectors but still set up as a breeze. Didnt even look at the manual and I was up and running in no time. The HDMI function is quick and easy and it was relatively easy for me to cast from my Samsung Android 13 phone.. I think any Android phone that supports Miracast will have no problem. The picture quality from my phone was more than acceptable but I only messed with it for a minute or two. After connecting to my laptop I immediately went to Netflix to test out a 4K video. I chose red notice with Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds. Photos are photos from my cell phone after imbibing in a few adult beverages but you can clearly see the quality of the picture. The projector itself seems to be very bright and easily matches or exceeds the brightness of all four of the other machines I have. The picture is incredibly crisp and my cell phone does not do it justice. I then jumped over to Xfinity streaming and started playing Panama with Mel Gibson in HD. I was once again very impressed with picture quality. I set up my Wi-Fi though I probably will never use it and also checked out Apple TV Plus and Amazon after plugging in my fire stick. No problem whatsoever and again I had a wonderful picture quality. I was able to stream from my TV box straight to the projector with no problem but since I use my laptop outside every night I think Ill continue with the HDMI cable. The remote is typical And its very similar to an Amazon fire Stick remote. It will last for quite a while and if it does ever break this company will gladly send you a new one. My dog chewed one up before and they sent me a brand new one immediately. It comes with a lens cap which for me is a definite plus since I leave mine on the projector stand day in and day out. I am out here for at least 6 hours over 300 nights for a year for the last 4 years. I have a retractable awning to keep us dry and a propane heater for the winter. I used my Bluetooth speakers and barely listened to the built in speakers. They are loud enough to hear. Of all of the projectors I have purchased over the years this is by far my favorite. The new functionality and features really bring it to another level. You will not find a better projector for the money. If youre having a hard time deciding on a projector under 200 bucks your problems are now over. This is the one you need to buy.

This projector is an awesome option for those looking for something inexpensive, but with great lumen and sound output! It comes with a huge screen. Ive used a lot of different types of projectors over the years from large expensive ones to small, inexpensive and portable ones. The large ones are cumbersome and heavy. Small ones generally dont have great light or sound output. This is a perfect middle ground! Bright enough that we could enjoy using it outside, even before sunset. Loud enough that you dont need any external speaker system. Of course, it lacks a little in bass, so if youre watching a movie you might want to supplement - but there is an AV output for just that purpose! Lots of options for inputs makes it useful for whatever youre looking to do. All in all, this is a great budget friendly projector!
