This is an amazing and affordable vitamin supplement that is easy to swallow by mouth and by your pocket financially. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop a vitamin supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific vitamin supplements has really turned my life around.

The product was nothing but a melted blob when I received it. I am not able to use it. It was a waste of money.

Seems OK. Havent actually got blood tested to see my vitamin D level. I know it always on low side.
