Its nice quality but for sure not teal, the whole reason we bought this turtle shower curtain to match our bathroom and itmoreroyal blue than teal.

I liked the design and that it’s waterproof. Nice product!

The outside feels like fabric. The inside is water resistant not waterproof, therefore I hung it with a clear liner. Great value!!

This is really great! Just what I wanted for my daughter who collects turtles. I paired it with the dark teal rugs, towels and a sea turtle soap dispenser and toothbrush holder from Walmart and it matched perfectly. From the pic it doesn’t look straight hemmed but it is, my curtain rod is wonky. The only minus is the rings which come with it are a plastic “c” and seems cheap. But I threw them because I already had a liner and rings from previous shower curtain. Overall I’m very pleased
