> 24 hourI normally get my stuff on Amazon but not this time, but I do have the lens. I wanted to write a review to express my extreme happiness with this lens. I started with Nikon when I was a young Marine and had a FM3. Long story short, I was in Okinawa deployed for 6 month rotation and I had spent a lot of my money (young PFCs are broke) on that Nikon. I did something to it (broke it) and I was bummed and couldnt afford to get it fixed. There was a special tech and other stuff sale on base one day, and I was looking at the Nikon stuff. I had my camera and mentioned to the Nikon Rep how much I loved it, etc. but that it was broken. The Nikon rep took a look at it, told me to go check out the rest of the displays and come back. I did, and he was beaming from ear to ear. He had fixed it. This Japanese Nikon rep took time out of his day to help some strange Marine. He said something to the effect of dont worry about it, all of us love photography, and I am glad we could help. What he didnt realize- nor did - I that a few decades later I would be an executive at a big Silicon Valley tech company and because of the folks at that booth I have since then ONLY bought Nikon gear. And when I get the newer body or lenses I always find someone who is just starting in photography and I give them my gear. It is always nice to see someones face when you hand then a D750 body and the holy trinity lenses for it. Maybe one day theyll have a good Nikon story.

> 24 hourThe lens availability for the Nikon mirrorless cameras continues to expand with excellent glass, even if it is a slow rollout. This 14 - 24mm f2.8 lens is an outstanding addition to the Z lens family and works very well with my Z7 camera. Previously I had rented the F4 version of this lens several times and loved the lens but for landscape shots really wanted the extra range of the 2.8 stop. I was thrilled when this was released and immediately added to my kit of lenses.

> 24 hourHigh quality and incredibly sharp on the Nikon Z7II. Feels sturdy and well built, would definitely suit the landscape photographer or someone wanting the best of the best.

> 24 hourI am not a professional but a hobbyist and I went to a lot of debating if I really want to buy this lens because of the stiff price. Eventually, I decided to go for it because I would like to have a real wide angle lens for panoramic and large settings. I was not disappointed with the vivid pictures and awesome clarity of the videos. What I have encountered is sometimes the autofocus hangs up when there are lots of moving subjects.

> 24 hourI wont add to the rave reviews that are coming from all quarters about this lens. The price is a major commitment, but if youre a pro, or a serious hobbyist, you wont be sorry about cleaning out your savings account for this lens. Unbelievable sharpness across to the corners. Minor vignetting in the corners at wide open that can easily be fixed in a post, but it isnt really that noticeable. Light weight. OK. I promised not to add.

> 24 hourThe glass is worth the price, but only just.

> 24 hourMy only complaint was the price of the filter for the lens. It requires a very large diameter filter. The lens is about the same size and weight as the 24-70 f2.8. But the razor sharp resolution makes up for the size and weight. All of pictures with the Z7 and this lens are very, very sharp and with minimal distortion. Well constructed and solid feeling. I am looking forward to summer so I can take landscape pictures with this lens.

> 24 hourThe lens brings in the vast amount of images in wide angle you are trying to shoot. The over all resolution is more than excellent and satisfactory. The night scene shooting is smooth and dim light is no problem for the lens catching your creative images.
