Bought this for my son for Christmas. There is no difference in this version and the US version except packaging! Son loves it!

I wanted this amiibo for a while but I couldnt get it because it was so expensive not that we were poor we just didnt think it would be worth more than 100$ for an amiibo anyways this is great even though it was from Japan it came 4 days and a few hours early. Way to go Japan and amazon! Now for my birthday I have the marina and pearl amiibo I have wanted. also shipping is free and I am so surprised because its from japan I thought shipping would be like 36$
