> 3 dayIve got a somewhat large Syrian hamster named Bilbo Baggins, and like all members of his kind, hes obsessed with tunnels. Naturally, hes loved this tunnel ever since it arrived and its been a staple toy in his house that he uses as a hide, a fun place to dart around, or even as a makeshift nest. Just be aware that a determined hamster can easily chew through this plastic and customize the tunnel to their liking. I found that out the hard way with Bilbo when he was young, as he chewed a hole through the bottom so it could serve as a nest entrance to his tunnel in the bedding. Now that hes older and has more bedding to dig and tunnel in, he no longer chews on plastic tunnels, so just keep an eye on your pet and their tunnel. Its a great size for Syrian hamsters!

> 3 dayI got this December of 2020 for my rats and it lasted till January of this year! Sadly I don’t have my rats anymore but although there were definitely pieces chewed off they enjoyed it ❤️ Just make sure your babies don’t eat it!

> 3 dayHad this for nearly 6 months and lasted through monthly washes before my hamster chewed a hole through it.

> 3 dayI use this as a highway to connect multiple tank together. I imagine if the hamster is more of a chewer, this could be an issue, but hes not so its perfect. He also has one in his playpen and loves it as well. The texture is smooth enough that they wont get bumblefoot, but gripable enough for some reasonable inclines too. All around, a great toy and addition to a cage

> 3 dayMy rats only had it for a couple days before I had to throw it out, plus good luck on cleaning it. I clean their cage every day and toys every other unless they smell or has pee on them then I was them right away. But this tunnel didn’t last at all

> 3 dayI’ve used this tunnel with hamsters and guinea pigs, separately. Both animals love to potty in the tunnel. It’s gross and difficult to clean, which isn’t really something that can be fixed with this type of tunnel.

> 3 dayOur rats go crazy for these! Bend them into many fun shapes, spray them out for easy cleaning. We put these in the playpen and they bounce around through and over them for hours! Super happy fun times!

> 3 dayI bought this for my Syrian hamster, and he loves it. It’s large enough that he can turn around in it, and since it is flexible I can make any kind of tunnel for him. He’s in a reinforced rabbit cage, so there is plenty of room for a large tunnel like this. He never much cared for the small hamster tunnels, but this one he loves. I highly recommend it and I would absolutely buy it again. **edited to add: I thought I’d be clever and buried one end of this tube in the bedding, so he could have a proper tunnel. Hamster instead moved his sleeping area to inside the tube, then chewed holes in the tube for air. At least, that’s what it looked like. Had to throw out the tube as it now has jagged holes with sharp edges. *sigh* He did love that tube.
