No issues thus far.The monitor that I used with the adaptor so I could go from USB to HDMI worked perfectly. keep in mind needs to be in a usb 3.0 port to support full 1080p. The driver download is necessary to use the device.It comes with an instruction manual, which is easy to install. Highly recommend this item.
