Noctua NF-A14 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (140mm, Brown)

Very happy with these fans. Pushes a lot more air then my stock ones. Use them in an air cooled system. Keeps my system cool all year long. I do not care about the color so the brown was fine.

I bought these fans to install in the Obsidian 650 top exhaust location. I wanted lots of exhaust flow and I am getting it. I can feel the air flow and with a digital temp gauge, can see different discharge temps of several degrees from different points in the fans discharge flow.

great silent fan, mounted in a top case mount to blow cpu heat upwards and out, stopped working within 6 months of install.

These fans really live up to the hype honestly. You can feel them push more air compared to a stock fan just by putting your hand in front of it, and I frequently have to check to make sure theyre still running because I cant even hear them, seriously!

Scenario i am a cool freak. I live where its 120f atleast 10 days out of the year. my liquid cooler was doing a good job but the fans included sound like a dying jet and thats not good since they are only 2 weeks old. i replaced every fan in the machine with Noctua fans and its so quiet now and to temp dropped about 4c keeping me in at 52c under 100% load across all 8 cores after running PRIME 95 for 48 hours

Dead silent yet provides incredible airflow.

I have a Fractal Design Define R4 Black Pearl case, and I tried upgrading the stock fans with the Fractal Design Dynamic GP-14 Black Case Fans, and still wasnt getting the airflow I wanted. I decided to give these Noctua fans a try, bought one new one from Amazon, and three used ones from a local computer repair shop. Awesome airflow through the case now, temps overall are down 5 degrees C, and Im not hearing any loud fan noise. My system is being used as an entertainment computer, connected to my home theater setup, and from my listening position Im hearing zero fan noise. Im running two of the fans at 7 volts, using the fan controller on the R4 case, and two running at 1150 RPMs using the Scythe SCKMPN-3100 Fan Controller, and I couldnt ask for a quieter machine for home entertainment.
