Noctua NF-A8 FLX, Premium Quiet Fan, 3-Pin (80mm, Brown)

Quiet, well built, comes with cable extender and rubber pins if you need/want to use those. I really dig the color scheme also. Id read that Noctua makes good fans and so far that seems to be true!

After installing Noctua fans in my system is dead silent. The Seagate 2tb HDD is nearly as loud as these fans. Dead silent! I would recommend to anyone whos interested just for the quietness factor as I was.

As always, Noctua does a great job on performance and noise level.

Noctua produces quality fans. For most users go with the cheaper fans; they will usually work. From what I have noticed Noctua is more expensive because of their quality. Of course that is only my opinion.

Its a Noctua, so you know it will be a quiet, solid performer. And this one lives up to their reputation. Worked perfectly as a replacement for a stock cooling fan in an audio amplifier. Everything about this fan says quality, and I am continually impressed by just how superior the Noctuas performance is, over what can look like nearly-identical fans. They move more air, with much less noise, than any other fan on the market. And I have found this to be the case with ANY fan that Noctua makes - they are a superior company making a superior product. Worth the premium!

Swapped these into my servers rear exhaust fans. They push a tremendous amount of air compared to the originals and are almost silent. I didn’t install the resistors to cut fan rpm down as they were not needed for any reason. Packaging was excellent and included any accessory I could have needed which needs to be considered when people talk about the price. I’ve got loads of parts on my bench that came with Noctua fans that I dip into all the time. There is no substitute when you want something that’s gonna work far past it’s warranty date.
