> 24 hourI purchased this fan for different use than computer cooling. Power of the fan is decent but not the best. Since I had no experience on computer fans I though 1500 rpm was strong enough to use on my personal project. However, I had to buy stronger one to have better result of air flow. I think to use this fan for computer cooling, it would do great job since it delivers the air in wide angle.

> 24 hourI decided to replace my back exhaust fan with a Noctua and wow did it make a difference in both performance and noise levels. You can feel the difference in how much air is being pulled out of the case compared to the stock fan that came with my case. Fantastic product, and definitely makes sense as to why so many others would give this product such great ratings. Good job Noctua!

> 24 hourInsta-5 star review from me. I knew these were high quality products the moment I grabbed the shipment box from my doorstep. Theyre heavy! I used these fans to replace the stock deathly loud Corsair H80 rad fans. Those things have sounded like vacuum cleaners since day one, to the point of needing to speak loudly to others in the same room. Horrible. I installed two of these bad boys in a push/pull config hoping for the best, and I got it. Much quieter! They arent silent of course, but I wasnt expecting them to be silent with the amount of air they push. However they are quieter on their max RPM than the Corsair fans were at their lowest speeds. My CPU temps are also about 15 degrees cooler idling AND at load, however Im not sure if thats because of the fans, or because I was able to give the radiator a good cleaning during the install. Either way, these fans are *exceeding* my expectations with how quiet they are and how much air theyre working, and Im a very happy first-time Noctua customer.
