Noctua NH-D15 chromax.Black, Dual-Tower CPU Cooler (140mm, Black)

I was expecting a drop in temperature on my AMD Ryzen 5 3600 after replacing the stock cooler with the Noctua NH-D15. But not as much. At full load with the stock cooler it was 90°C, with NH-D15 48°C. WOW thats 42°C drop in temp. without changing anything else. The funny thing is that its so huge and so close to the graphics card that it takes some heat from it and keeps it cooler by about 4°C. And its really silent. GOOD JOB NOCTUA.

Guys I don’t know what you guys think but this super big black dual tower heat sink, paired with 2 140mm NF-A15 PWM fan. Do you really want to hear it? I got you guys! It’s like it’s whispering you wish the others can keep their cool in silence!

If you dont want the hassle of water loops or just the need to worry in general about evaporation from an AIO cooler then this is pretty much the best that money will buy. It wont perform as well as water cooling of course, but it gets close enough that it just becomes numbers that wont change much about your daily usage. Unless your job for some reason is to try your hardest to overheat CPUs with coolers on them then this is a fantastic buy.

Been a huge fan of Noctua when I think about quality I always choose noctua. Superb quality quiet fans and even better temperatures, the stock corsair fans that came with my aio were way worse than this. The mounting mechanism is so easy a child could do it, but it definitely wont move once you put it in place. keeps my R9 3900x a cool 29.2C on idle and 61C under full load tested with Prime 95. You get what you pay for in this case top quality and absolute raw power. The best part is you even get an amazing warranty to go with this and an even better tech support if any problems arise. 10/10

Wow, what a cooler. My system never gets hotter than 61°C (ryzen 3700)

Its noctua, it big, it cools my 3900x really well, and it comes in my favorite color(or lack thereof). Comes with quiet fans which I swapped out for something faster(Noctua NF-A14 iPPC-3000). At the cost of noise It kept my CPU at 73° at max load with auto OC on. I used ARCTIC MX-4 thermal paste. Overall, pretty good. No pumps to fail, no water to drip. Mostly hassle free maintenance(except for the occasional dust bunny).
