> 3 dayAt first I was going to do an AIO route for this second build and decided on the Noctua NH-U12A Chroma.Black for the simplicity and quiet operation to cool down my Ryzen 7 5800X.

> 3 dayCooling factor is really great, but I cannot use both fans , the front one blocks my ram slots so I had to remove it. so be careful before buying it.

05-04-2025Hands down the best CPU air cooler design and performance wise. The NH-D15 is a tiny bit better at cooling, but is massive which would work in my setup. After dealing with mounting pressure issues with my 12700K and Asus Z690-A with 2 reputable 240mm liquid coolers, I decided to try this out. Cant ask for a better performance per square inch. This thing keeps my 12700K @5.0 GHz P-cores and 4.0GHz E-cores nice and cool averaging 65C during gaming. Definitely worth the extra cost.

Greater than one weekCools the 5800X quite well. Went from a 360 AIO to this as i have already 2 rigs that encountered AIO failures.

> 3 dayLo uso con un 13600k y anda perfecto. Solamente configurar bien la curva de temperatura en la BIOS para sacarle buen rendimiento al procesador. Hay que encontrar el punto de la curva de enfriamiento y se convierte en una bestia.

Greater than one weekI ended up buying the Noctua NH-U12A chromax.Black as a replacement for my Cyberpower Pc AIO pump/radiator and i couldnt be happier. This heat sink keeps my cpu cooler than the aio pump(even when it ran well) did. Also for reference my cpu is an intel i7 9700k. The install was a little nerve wracking since i had never done a cpu cooler swap before, but the instructions were fairly clear and easy to understand. install took a little over 45 minutes. If youre looking to replace your own cooler i highly recommend this heat-sink(if compatible)
