> 3 dayVery nice fan. It does not low at all and my whole set up is very silent. It is amazing. I am new to build a pc so it does take me a while to set it up. I would recommend you guys to watch tutorial on YouTube if you are a newbie on building pc like me.

> 3 dayMy son has a Cyberpower gaming PC. Its a beast of a machine, but recently it started randomly crashing. I read some reviews of others having the same issue until they replaced their cpu cooler with this one. So I thought Id give it a try. So happy that I did. I think it was fairly easy to install, once you read through the somewhat confusing directions, and watch several youtube videos. But in the end, its an excellent product, quiet, and really works well. Highly recommended if your case has the room for it. You can run just one fan if you want, but I had room for both of them. Also if running two fans, it comes with a Y adapter to connect them together to run off of of 1 motherboard header.

> 3 dayIf youre considering this fan, then you probably already know of Noctuas stellar reputation. This is now the second CPU cooler of bought of theirs, and Ive also bought several models of their case fans in the past, all to great success.

> 3 dayPurchase this size if you are looking to build a mini-atx computer. I put this into the fractal design define 7 nano case (w/ i5 12600K) and it fits perfectly. Anything bigger MIGHT clear but this is the perfect size with equally excellent cooling capacity.

> 3 dayWas expecting nhd15 levels of performance, at best. What I got was far superior cooling. I cant guarantee there wasnt an issue with the mount of my nhd15 to my i7-12700k, however, temps are a solid 8c cooler during Aida or p95 stress tests. You can tell this cooler was engineered very thoughtfully. Its densely constructed with a thick copper base. Heat pipes saturate every point of contact with the IHS. If I had to nitpick, the fans can get quite loud at full chat, but they perform excellently even at idle. Cant fault this cooler in basically any way, its very impressive. Installed in Fractal Torrent Nano.

19-12-2024Noctua products are well built. Their fans are quiet. Will buy from them again.

Greater than one weekWhen I was looking at coolers to pair with a Ryzen 5800x, I originally decided to get the D15S but changed my mind when Noctua released the U12A Chromax. I read that the D15S has some compatibility issues with certain motherboards pushing against the GPU, and ram clearance. While the D15S performs slightly better than the U12A, this cooler wins for its compact size and ability to cool just as good at the D15S. Installation is fairly easy, just make sure you mount it correctly so it clears the ram. If the pull fan is covering your ramp slots, youve installed it wrong. Lastly, get the heatsink cover, your PC will look so sharp!

> 3 dayWhile not as flashy as the AMD Wraith Prism, this Fan really lived up to the hype. Reason I upgraded was I was annoyed by the constant throttling of the wraith fan which would keep my AMD Ryzen 9 3900X below 58 C, I just got tired of the constant fan throttling since my case sits on my desk. I tried to adjust the fan curves in BIOS but that didnt help. Wraith prism was just an adequate design that did its job. It thought about water coolers, but never dealt with them before and was not ready to commit to that, which would be a bit more work to setup. After reading the reviews, I thought Id give this a try and go from there.

> 3 dayMounted on 13700k and it comes with the kit I need for LGA1700. Idle at 32°C. Heavy work load at 72°C. Cool down very quickly. Do your research and make sure it fits your motherboard, ram and case. Read the instructions and make sure the orientation is correct. Fan direction is little unclear, I just watched other YouTubers build to get it right.
