> 3 dayCant beat it for the price. Works great. I added to Corsair ML 120 fans instead of the single stock fan. No Complaints. Cool CPU

> 3 dayIm not a big modder but I bought a PC recently and the stock cooler was noisy & ineffective. Packaging was excellent and it came with nice, clear instructions and contains everything that you need.

> 3 dayUna variante con un solo ventilador de tipo push de su famoso cooler de cpu de 120mm con 8 pipelines (en cualquier momento podrás si lo deseas añadir otro en sentido pull) que cumple con todas las expectativas.

> 3 dayPer essere efficente lo è, però mevlo aspettavo più silenzioso. Non è una vera e propria lamentela, perché comunque rispetto ai dissipatori stock è un altro pianeta, però mi aspettavo quasi un silenzio assoluto.

> 3 dayGreat cooler, keeps my i7-6700k below 50C when gaming, most of the time in the 30s. One of the reasons I chose this is because I happened to have an extra Noctua fan lying around un-used, so I decided to run both fans in a push/pull config. At max rpm neither fans are audible from inside my case.

> 3 dayI have an AMD RYZEN 5 3600 CPU, and I found the stock cooler to be very annoying. The continual change in pitch of the whine as it responded to changing loads made me look for an alternative. The NH-U12S has allowed me to enjoy my PC again.

> 3 dayIch hatte erst Sorgen wegen der Größe und dem Anpressdruck für die CPU. Den Einbau empfinde ich als leicht und sehr gut beschrieben. Die Schrauben lassen sich nur bis zu einem bestimmten Punkt fest drehen. Die CPU läuft im Idle bei 32°. Da man den Kühler vertikal oder auch horizontal einbauen kann, dürfte es keine Platzprobleme geben.

> 3 dayKaby Lake i7 3.6ghz: My idle temps before install were sitting at 34c, they dropped to 27c after installing the NH-U12S. Load temps now sit around 38 - 40c (Example when running 26+ multi tracks in Studio One 4 Pro all jam packed with plugins running & VSTs.) Stress test at 4.2ghz saw an increase to 50c max. Installation was ridiculously easy. The included thermal compound is a major bonus, I used it over Grizzly. It spreads well and using their insisted method of a center drop the size of just a hair over a BB size does spread over the entire die once the cooler is dropped in, I checked after first install, then reapplied. Fits my Fractal case perfectly. I use this PC build for a studio recording. Its super quiet as is, so it was a great choice going with this cooler so I have no more additional noise. I am a fan of air cooling vs water cooling. Plenty of clearance from RAM on an ASRock 270Pro4. My system doesnt need to be overclocked I have a good enough video card if I want to edit video or do some gaming so I went wit the 12 instead of the larger cumbersome 14. The brown color doesnt bother me personally, I know Noctua is offering other colors on their website. It looks fine with LED strips in the case, it doesnt stand out. I suppose if you prefer LED fans then this may be an eye sore to your case.

> 3 dayIm writing this review having owned and used this heatsink / CPU for five years, and its still running very well and silently. Also, I just ordered a new Z690 motherboard after my old one failed, and was able to order a new mounting adapter for the heatsink free of charge from Noctuas website - I cant think of many companies who show this level of commitment and care to their customers.
