Noctua NH-U12S, Premium CPU Cooler with NF-F12 120mm Fan (Brown)

My 10600k ocd to 4.9ghz keeps under 75°C at full load with this cooler. It makes very little noise and the installation was a breeze; just know that you need to use the lga115x bracket and instructions for lga1200 processors.

This is a very solid product. I bought a second fan to use this in a push/pull configuration. I am an attorney, so sometimes I want to wear both a belt and suspenders just to make sure I dont get caught with my pants down.

...for those too chicken to water-cool (which I am).

Noctua is the best you can get. You wont be disappointed.

Although a big cooler, it is one of the more slimline big air coolers so memory/cooler conflicts are unlikely. Can easily be mounted in any desired orientation. The mounting kit is excellent: solid and reassuringly well made; the use of tensioning screws to mount the main heatsink mean that it cannot be overtightened (which removes a stress when using it with a gen 6 socket 1151 proc). Comes with all the compound and parts required to mount on either an AMD or Intel socket. Instructions are clear and simple to follow. Includes mounting clips and rubber feet so an additional fan can be fitted if desired. Overall, and excellent CPU cooler.

Plutôt facile à installer sur support Intel 1151 (i7 7700K, kaby lake), refroidissement excellent sur un processeur ayant naturellement tendance à chauffer fort.

La scatola si presenta ben ordinata con tutti i materiali in sicurezza. Le istruzioni per il montaggio sono spiegate e illustrate in maniera chiara. Il dissipatore entra alla perfezione nel case (midtower) e il raffreddamento della CPU è ottimo. È molto silenzioso nonostante abbia montato una seconda ventola speculare a quella già fornita. Comunicazione col venditore veloce e molto professionale.

This is a superb product. Fits on my micro-ATX motherboard without any hassles. The back plate and the brackets are well designed to take up as little space as possible. Set-up was easy and quick. My CPU temperature at idle dropped from 41 Celsius (105 Fahrenheit) with my stock CPU cooler to 32 Celsius (85 Fahrenheit) with the Noctua NH-U12. I let my motherboard control the speed of the fan on the Noctua, which ran at 750 rpm at idle (compared to 1800 rpm of the 90 mm fan on the stock cooler). The motor on the Noctua fan is silent and all you hear is the sound of air swooshing through the fins of heat sink. Materials to install another fan on the other end of the heat sink are included. I dont see any need to do so. After returning another CPU cooler because it would not fit my motherboard, I could not be happier. The cost of the Noctua is worth it.
