Noctua NH-U12S SE-AM4, Premium CPU Cooler for AMD AM4 (Brown)

Vraiment pas mal avec un Ryzen R5 1600x je tourne a 23 degrés sans trop forcer et a 100% il dépasse pas les 50 degré oc a 4ghz

Exactly the awesome performance I expect from Noctua. I am cooling a non-gaming Ryzen 5700G system I use for day-to-day professional work. I like my PC to be as close to silent as possible given I sit next to it for more than 8 hours per day. PC case is well-ventilated with two other Noctua 120MM fans spinning lazily in front and back. CPU is at a comfy 44C under normal workload. Fan spins at 815 RPM normally and 850 RPM under maximum Prime95 load, with the CPU ticking up just a few degrees. I literally cannot heat my CPU up.

I know noctua quality for a long time. I am using this model to cool a Ryzen 9 5900x, which can easily get to 90°C, the fan work flawessly, but I will give an advice: Ryzens are very hot, just be sure to have enough fans to expel the hot air. Also, liquid cooling systems cant avoid the 90°C, its just how ryzen works..

Used for cooling a Ryzen 2600. Best air cooler Ive ever used - period. Idle temps: ~33C, load temps: ~40C, extreme load temps (all cpus at 100% for several minutes): ~56C. This is in a high air flow case with 3 120mm Noctua PWM case fans.

Its a heat pipe cooler. Works fine. Installation is easy with a functional bracket system. No clips means a more secure connection. Dropped temperatures about 10-15C. Cabling is not that great with unneeded sleeves and generally fair workmanship. Sleeve is annoyingly wax impregnated for some reason. I know that these are mass produced but a little more quality control rather then gamer appeal would have been nice.

Reading the reviews I was concerned it may not cool enough for overclocking my Ryzen 5 2600. Decided to try it due to the price point. However it’s doing a fantastic job, even with one fan installed (you can add a second) I was able to reach 4.1 ghz on the usual 3.4 ghz CPU and remain under 70°C even at 100% for ten minutes in real world testing. A bonus is the very small if not no noise the fan makes. Only downside is the ugly brown!

A bit expensive, but well made and easy to install.

Parfait pour moi, facile à monter, packaging nickel, pas besoin dacheter de pâte thermique elle est fournie (faites pas comme moi...), silencieux et efficace que demandé de plus

Easy as hell to install, beautifully packaged, and the thermal paste isnt half bad. Dont get an AIO, get this instead.
