> 3 dayProduct came with a screw on cap which is nice for re-usability. It was my first time replacing thermal compound (on a laptop none the less). I used rubbing alcohol and q-tips to remove what was left of my oem compound. The small tip made application easy. I cant say for sure how much it helped since my oem compound was pretty much gone. All I can say is that my fans are no longer running full blast with no load on CPU so it seems to be doing its job.

Easy to apply
