ANDROID Users Do not purchase the Key Card version of this product if your Android device is less than Version 8. The software will not install. The SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS shown on this Amazon page indicate that Android 6.0 or later is supported. It is not. Norton upped the requirements but never bothered to inform Amazon. Buried in the Norton site is a relatively inconspicuous sentance indicating that Android 8 is required but you only find that out after you have purchased the product and are desperately trying to find some explanation without calling Norton Customer Support. If you do accidentally purchase the product you will also discover that the Norton cardboard folder you receive in the mail which contains the Product Key Code shows, on the reverse, that Android 4.1 or later is supported. Wonder how many years it has been since that version of Android was last supported. Norton will not help you if you have relied on this incorrect Amazon information and have devices that are not supported. Norton will blame the problem on Amazon. Amazon has a non-refundable policy on software. You will be caught in the middle with software you have paid for that doesnt install and cannot return. I have brought this to Amazons attention but it will probably take some time before the Android Operating System Requirements are correctly shown on the product page. No complaints with Amazon. Amazon has always taken care of me the very few times I have had a problem with an order which is why Ive alerted them and am now alerting you to this problem. I will not be renewing Norton 360 or ever purchase any Norton product when my subscription expires a year from now. I have already cancelled my automatic renewal and screengrabbed the confirmation page that verifies this and shows the date. I dont care what kind of deals Norton offers in the future. Norton does not value customer time nor customer loyalty.

Symantec is just plain anti-customer and anti consumer. They force you to do auto renewal and gets you for over $100 when a key like this is sold for $40. And then they make it hard for you to use the key without any easy online renewal like you get with Playstation Plus, Xbox live, or any other sane subscription service like Amazon prime. But it is still better to buy the key, slog thru their customer support with a live person and save $60. And DO NOT forget to delete you credit card info from their website so their auto renewal will be busted.

If you like norton antivirus...it is a great deal for upto 10 devices. I think the android version is a waste of phone power and dont recommend installing. On a mac it doesnt seem to be too good either so...if you have multiple windows PC it works for low price. Mark your calendar with year from activation of the first installation #1 license because you will be charge a renewal price that is astronomic for the 10 user license over $200. You have to contact norton to get renewal charge refunded, then search for a good deal to get next years licenses and do install all over again. Instead of norton giving you a great deal to remain a customer.

Unless you give them a credit card number with an outrageously (cancellable) overpriced mandatory renewal, no service for you. The funny thing is then that credit card will remain on file for life and no matter how much you beg them to delete it they wont. After you cancel it, then next year they will charge the card again if you dont cancel it on time. Ive been through that until I canceled my card.

a.) You will need Norton tech support to find the downloader (I did not investigate Amazon tech support therefore I cant comment on that) if you purchased a Product Key, as I did. I was unable to discover how to get the Amazon purchase to install/activate without paying again. After going to Norton and finding that the renewal there was the same as Amazon and that Norton tech support (I used Chat) would help, I purchased this product (10 devices), and got tech support to turn off Auto Renew the yearly subscription. Then tech support informed me that turning Auto Renew would provide me with the best discounted renewal, and that I could contact tech support when my sub got close to the expiration date to get the best price and IF I wanted to renew at that price. b.) The new version no longer prominently displays number of days left on your subscription, however the days left are provided on interior Norton screens. c.) By the way, renewing automatically updated all existing devices (7 of 10). Tech support said they would help as needed to add any new devices. Im running win7 and win10.

This works fine and is a great price...for ONE year. I marked my calendar for a week before it was to expire so I could see what the renewal rate would be, (they dont tell you when you sign up). However, a MONTH before it expired, they charged me $114.99 for the next year WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME BEFORE THEY DID IT!!! I was SHOCKED at that charge. They didnt let me know what it would cost per year when I signed up. I feel this is underhanded to charge almost 3 times what I expected. Im arguing the charge now because they just charged it way before they should have and did not give me any warning. BE CAREFUL! Make sure you stop the auto charge within a few days after you sign up. The second year is way too expensive.
