First off, the shipping, overseas not domestic, was outrageously quick. Yes, I did pay a bit more so that I can get it in time before my scheduled trip, but it actually arrived a week earlier than initially projected. It simply took a week for me to get this package which is amazing considering that it was the year-end holidays period.

So far I like everything

Great backpack, well made, pretty big and with so many pockets, fits my 17 envy perfectly and protects it as well, perfect for traveling. It looks durable, didnt have any issues like some other people did in the comments so far.

Only had the bag for a few months but so far it is a great bag. Comfortable and plenty of space and compartments.

The description describes a lock for the zipper. There is no lock in or on the bag. Im very disappointed and would give it no stars, if I could. If you need a lock for security reasons, dont purchase this product. It is also not water resistant.
