I bought this so my cat would stop getting on my laptop while Im trying to work from home and it absolutely works for that purpose. He has not sent an email by accident in months!

really needed to get my mac off the table, and this stand was perfect. it sits just high enough to place my keyboard under when not using. sturdy frame, and doesnt slip at all

The product is just what it says. It feels sturdy, but my laptop is on the smaller end of the spectrum of laptops. I wouldn’t recommend old and heavy laptops for this product.

VERY good material!!! The first thing I noticed when I took it out the box was the material. Its aluminum, but a sturdy one. It has a good weight. If you have a MacBook it feels much thicker and more sturdy. The packaging is well done as well, protected in styrofoam. It has nice pads where the laptop sits as well. Perfect hight as well. I use this stand for my music production desk and it sits perfectly hovering over my 49-key midi controller. Would highly recommend for people who are thinking of using for this purpose as well.
