NuTone 69357000 Bathroom Fan Motor

Tried other local options. Should not have wasted my time. Found this online and it is exactly as the original that was replaced. Great product. Should last another 40 years.

Used to fix 40 year old NuTone bathroom vent/heater. All was needed was a new fan/fan motor. Contractor wanted $900.00 to replace the bathroom vent/heater fixture with a new one. It would have required ceiling sheetrock cutting for fix on the new fixture and repair/painting.

Fit like a charm in my existing bathroom ceiling fixture. Easy to replace. I love it when this 57 year old woman can do home repairs all by herself!

The fan blower motor and frame looks just like the original parts. It fit right into the same location as the original fan did.
