I missed submitting the McAfee 3 device purchase to Amazon by 2 weeks due to having difficulty installing the program on my desktop. I called for McAfee assistance and finally completed the installation. it was given to my son for a second device. He was not able to install it after numerous technical calls to McAfee. Because I purchased it through Amazon, McAfee said I had to contact them. I am disappointed with McAfee after using it previous years with no problems. And I have no recourse to replace the 2022 McAfee or have the charge refunded. Doesnt any company have support, customer service for customers??!!

Have used McAfee Total Protection for several years. It does an excellent job in providing internet security without bogging down my computer.

I found out after having McAfee that it doesnt matter you will still be infected and the person that I talked to tried to talk me into $800 of service for something I didnt need.

My second year downloading this product from amazon. Only problem is McAfee trying to sneak in an auto renewal for $79. Cancelled that immediately and they reversed charge as promised.

The Last two McAfee products that I have purchased I have had the same problem as soon as you put the number in it will except the number and say everything is good then my computer will lock up and you get a 1-800 number to call and when you call that number you get a guy from India telling you that your firewall computer is being attack by someplace in the middle east SCAM and that you have to pay him $125.00 to fix it. So I bought a Norton product and install it and did not have any problem I dont know what has happen to McAfee but I will NEVER buy from them again and I did send it back for a Full refund on May 26 2020 and still I have NOT got a refund please be very careful before you buy any McAfee products and they take forever to give you back your refund Im still waiting on mine.

Its virus protection...so as described, still has its own pop ups to try and get you to add more etc. but it seems to be working....so there is that.

After purchasing this product, you are required to provide a credit card number and signup for auto renewal. Failure to complete these 2 steps and the product will not install on your pc. The current renewal rate is approximately twice what you paid for this product. This is definitely a bait and switch scheme, purchase the product once at a reasonable price and they will rip you off for as long as you own your pc. “Make a fool of me once, shame on you, there is no way you will make a fool of me again”.
