I bought this so I could use my MBP in clamshell mode. Its solid for the price. However, If you use it with the vents facing near the bottom, then they will be partially covered, which could result in overheating. The solution is to fiddle with the position so its not covered or leave it upside down with the vents facing upwards. This is fine but it looks sloppy if you are using a hub to connect the MacBook to a monitor and keyboard. It also puts a strain on the cables, which lowers their life span. For the price, its hard to complain. The next best thing would be the 50$ bookarc. Do you really want to spend 50$ on a macbook stand, though?

If you have 2 laptops this stand is simple, sturdy enough to handle 2 15-16 laptops (I have one 13 one 15), the price is well on point, it brings its own Allen key for adjusting.

One plug from the docking station and sit behind my monitors. This is perfect for my home office!

I have a very small desk area with a large monitor in the saves me a bunch of room for storing my laptop upright

Its significantly heavier than I imagined it would be, but I think that helps it to be more sturdy and durable. Adjustments are easy for whatever you need to store in the slots, and no setup required. Overall good product with no headaches setting up or questioning quality

When I bought this I didnt expect much to be honest, I thought it would be some cheap plastic dock just to get the job done.
