You have to press down on the buttons super hard to get it to work. I have to press the buttons more than once. It’s super annoying.

It takes a little time to figure out how to do certain thing. For instance, when setting sharpness you get a line with arrows on each side. Your instinct is to push the left and right arrows. Nope. You must push the OK button the circle turns red and THE the left and right arrows work. But all in all a great way to control all 3 of my LG TVs (each remote seems tied to the model and /or WebOS

Stopped working after a week

replaced my old control with ease.
