It works well. I was able to configure it with the smart life app. After setup, I was able to schedule the outside lights to turn on and off without any issues.

Right out of the box…it didn’t work. Wouldn’t turn on. A brick would’ve been far more functional. Find something else on which to waste your money.

Easy to use and set up. Once installed on the wifi, Alexa recognized it automatically. Recommended

Product doesnt work. Wouldnt connect to anything and I already use the same app for other outdoor plugs that work perfectly. On top of poor product, customer service is a joke. Their response to me asking if theres anything Im overlooking is read manual.

Garbage. Could not pair this to smart life even though I already paired cheap smart bulbs already to smartlife. Spent over an hour messing with it and I’m over it. Sending back to China or whatever.

Not Easy to plug up with Google home or Amazon

Honestly the fact they sent a product with directions that do not even remotely match the set up directions is beyond frustrating.

My family is quite technologically savvy, and we have paired many smart plugs and other smart home electronics before, but this plug was extremely impossible to pair. The app that the QR code has us download did not work with the plug at all.

Directions terrible! Have NOT been able to program after many, many tries. I would NEVER buy another Smart Product.
