> 3 dayThese things are a booger to pull out, but thanks to that I can rest easy knowing my 2 year old wont be able to participate in his natural selection rituals as hed like to. I have gone through so many brands of outlet covers trying to prevent him from having the ability to stab his toys into the holes. He would always just figure out how to remove them though. This brand fits so snuggly in the outlets that its a struggle for even myself to remove it so my child definitely lacks the finger strength to remove them

> 3 dayMy daughter didnt listen to me (to stop growing and stay age 8 forever) and became an adult. Then she had the gall to go off and get married (cant tell at 25 y.o. anything). Then they had a baby. When she came to stay with us, she baby proofed the house including using the cheapie but impossible to remove outlet covers. I saw these and decided to replace the covers I hated to avoid any more frustration whenever I wanted to plug something into the wall outlet. Taking the old ones off was the hard part. These are very easily to install and they are much better to remove. Simple design that appears to work well. Well have to see if the grandkids figure out how to pull these out. My guess is that when they can figure out how to remove them they should be old enough and wise enough to not stick themselves into an outlet. These make for a happier grand-dad and therefore a happier visit.

Greater than one weekIm a nanny so I use lots of different kinds of outlet covers. They go in just like any cover does, pops right in to the outlet. the little mechanism was confusing at first but now I know its the best invention ever. when it is time to remove them the bottom part clicks down and creates a little handle to be able to pull it out. A small child would not be able to figure this out or have the strength to activate it but an adult easily can and I dont have to break fingernails to dig underneath the cover to pull it out.

> 3 dayI bought these for the specific purpose of blocking air from a number of three prong outlets and they did that very well. They dont do it 100% perfectly -- there is occasionally still a little air coming out -- but they do it with much success. Depending on the outlet it can be a bit of a challenge to insert them and occasionally an even greater challenge to remove them, but Ive used 36 out of 38 of them, and thus far nothing has been stuck in either direction. I did take some sandpaper and sanded the third prong on some of them and that seemed to help with any insert/removal issues. Overall, this product does what I needed it to do to a satisfactory degree: blocking air from coming out of outlets. I am pleased and if I need more, I wont hesitate to buy them.

15-12-2024I have a 10 month old that gets into everything and she is not able to take these off at all! They are even a little tough to take off for myself so that’s good in my opinion.

> 3 dayBased on what I saw advertised this product was not as easy to remove by an adult as what was perceived.

> 3 dayWe love these outlet covers! They don’t just press into the wall - you have to stick it in, then push down the flap part and then slide that flap part up towards the top of the outlet cover. This makes sure that it can’t just be pulled out of the wall - which we love since we have a baby on the way and don’t want to risk any tiny fingers sneaking their way near those outlets. They stick firmly in and leave no concern that they could fall off easily, like with the clear ones I’ve seen that you just slide into the socket.

> 3 dayIf I had this to do over again I’d buy the outlet covers that auto close. These are just as hard to pry out of the outlets as the traditional covers from my childhood (90s lol). The little tabs are super hard to get out to where you can pull them. They do the job but I do not love them
