> 3 dayI know these product is very thick and you need to warm it between your fingers, but I put this on top of all my night creams and the hydration is excellent. The night creams come right off ,but if you put this on over, your skin will plump up. Sometimes I use an old fashion coffee cup warmer or a lobster butter warmer. It sounds crazy but why waste all your expensive creams when you can make them stay with this topping. Ive used this for years - also with pure hard shea butter.

> 3 dayOk, so after reading reviews of what lotion is best for a growing pregnant lady belly, I went with this one. I will say it is performing admirably at this point. (I am currently 36 weeks pregnant). I have been using this for 3 months now on an *almost* daily basis and I have over half of the container left. I do have zero stretch marks at this point. (whether that is due to lotion, my age or genetics is up for debate). I will say that I have never had the itchy belly that many women complain of during pregnancy due to dry skin and I live in Wisconsin, so dry, cold air has been the norm for me. I love the smell of the lotion and it does seem to last throughout the day. What I dont like about this product is that it it tends to sit on top of the skin. I realize that I am probably absorbing a great deal of it, but I greatly dislike putting on my high waisted maternity pants (ie: leggings) when my stomach feels greasy---because of this, I have been switching to using a lighter coconut lotion 1-2 days per week. No amount of drying time is enough to get rid of the greasy feeling before getting dressed in the morning. Overall, I would recommend the lotion, but if you are someone who does not like lotion that sits on top of the skin, this is not the product for you.

Greater than one weekMy breast surgeon recommends the ingredients included in this product for scar massages (that is, he does not recommend this product specifically). Other reviewers note this products thickness; it has the consistency of coconut oil kept in the fridge, not the consistency of a lotion. This cocoa butter is difficult to get out of the jar, but once that is done, holding it in your palm or against the target skin for a few moments warms it up and makes application easy.

> 3 dayJust received my amazon order in a sams box. So, I looked up the price on sams 2 for $10 plus free shipping! I just paid 2 for $19...ugh not happy. I also did a price check on Walmart, 2 for $12. The product itself is wonderful and has a light scent that is very pleasant, coco & nutty.

> 3 dayI have tried to many different lotions for my dry skin and this is the best thing that I have found to eliminate my dry skin. I will say that it’s easy to use and apply to my skin and it doesn’t have a strong scent. I’m so glad that I bought this great product!!!!

> 3 dayThirty-eight years ago I was pregnant and rapidly gaining weight. The nurse in my doctors office told me to put cocoa butter on my belly to avoid stretch marks, so I thought what can it hurt, at least Ill be well moisturized. I went to the drugstore and bought my first jar of Palmers and Ive been using it ever since. During that pregnancy I applied it to my belly daily after every shower. After my daughter was born my belly was completely free of stretch marks. Not so much my hips and breasts, though. I wish that nurse had told me to use it on them too. So my advice to you is this...PALMERS COCOA BUTTER EVERYWHERE EVERY DAY! Your hips, breasts, buttocks and belly will grow and this is the best way to avoid stretch marks. I had a friend who was pregnant when I was who thought my cocoa butter ritual was silly. She was left with a belly that looks like a roadmap and never wore a two piece bathing suit again. For the past 30 plus years, whenever I find out about a new pregnancy I buy a jar and give it as a gift with the aforementioned advice. Ive had many young women thank me for helping them stay out of the dreaded Mom one piece bathing suits, five of them mothers of twins. Anyway, Im long past bikini age but I still use this everywhere, every day because my husband loves how soft my skin is.

> 3 dayI know people complained that this was hard to rub on, but I dont think its a big deal. Its kind of like real butter; at room temperature its a solid, but once you start rubbing it on your skin it melts and disperses. I use it immediately after getting out of the shower and right before bed. I got this in an effort to combat the stretch marks I was getting on my belly from my pregnancy. It looks like in some areas the stretch marks are actually lightening a little bit. But either way, I like the way it feels. The smell is not bad. It kind of has a mild sweet smell to it. I prefer no smell at all in the products I use, but this is not offensive or overwhelming to me. I will try to update my review after the birth as I continue to use the product and hopefully I see more improvement to the stretch marks. (A lotion can only do so much against a rapidly growing belly).
