Greater than one weekWe used these for our daughter when she first came home from the hospital. These fit her perfectly especially around 2 months of age for she was only 5lbs 9oz when she was born. Our daughter is small but long and these were the only diapers that could fit her build without leaking out of the sides. We used this brand till she was 10 months old and then we switched to Targets Up & UP brand because as the child does get older and starts peeing more, moving around more and being more active, they start to leak more. I would recommend these to anyone during their childs first few months of life. Great product Pampers.

> 3 dayI LOVE pampers swaddlers. They are the best fit for our daugther and rarely, if ever, leak. That would only be the case if she were to have one of those dreaded explosive diapers and it wasnt on just perfectly. They have kept us happy for her entire first year. AND I love the wetness indicator stripe. This is amazing and so easy to see through light clothing that you dont have to struggle to take a peek. Keep it up pampers!

> 3 dayWeve been using these on my 3 month old since she came home from the hospital as a newborn and love them. The hospital used Huggies and I much prefer Pampers. She is breastfed and the only time weve had blowouts is when she hasnt gone in 3 days. She also has very sensitive skin and these dont bother her at all.

> 3 dayMy baby is now 8 months old and I have been using Pampers with dry max. I know there was a concern about the dry max part causing diaper rash. My son has never had a diaper rash but I think I know what the problem is. The Dry Max probably does NOT cause diaper rash. However, the dry max DOES significantly decrease the SMELL of a stinky diaper. (Trust me, I have 3 young children and have changed so many diapers.) So, parents may be letting their baby sit in a dirty diaper for too long, thus causing the diaper rash. So, just be careful to change poopy diapers right away and you probably wont have a diaper rash problem.
