Hard to find single edge blades at any price. Gem is sharper & more flexible than the utility brand.

I purchased these blades for my 84 yr old Dad who stills trims his mustache the old fashioned way with a single edge razor blade by hand. He had recently purchased a couple of packs of blades locally but complained that the blades were dull & of poor quality. I told him I would go online & look for some quality blades. I ran across these made by Personna. They are great & he has no complaints.

Good price, for an item thats hard to find in stores.

I havent even used them, but heres the reason for one star: No markings whatsoever on the package regarding where they are made. First, thats illegal. Second, they have factories all over the world (part of Schick, Wilkinson) so they could switch factories any time and quality could totally change without notice. Shame on them for not marking an origin!

These are really sharp. Not dull at all!

Great blades for shaving GEM razor.

Carbon steel stays sharper longer but rusts very quickly. Stainless steel has anti-corruption properties but does not stay as sharp for long periods as carbon steel. These blades are great for shaving but for industrial purposes, youll want a thicker blade.

Use them to shape my eyebrows, been using for many years. They are a good product.
