    I lost my headset at work and needed a replacement. Im glad that I didnt need to buy the whole package again. This headset will link to your old base in seconds. I cant live (work) without this wireless headset. The range is phenomenal. I wish the battery life was a little longer. It doesnt last the full 10-12 hours work shift but a quick 20-30 min charge mid-day will get you through. I work in a very busy pharmacy and this headset makes my day. I can multitask while taking to customers on the phone. Dont think, just buy it! Your neck and body will thank you. A must investment for those that constantly needs to be on the phone.

    Great Clarity of voice. battery lasted all day when I first purchased.It is about 2 months old now and Battery life has dropped slightly already. I charge it at lunch so I get the remainder of the day without the low battery beeping in my ear. My first headset lasted almost 3 years then developed a short in it. I already had the base so all I needed was the earpiece. Happy so far

    This is my 2nd headset of this model and luckily Ive bought the extended warranty each time. The first one was a full kit with the headset and base, after about 2 years of usage the mute/volume button on the back of the headset went bad. When trying to click the button to mute, it would repeatedly mute/unmute/mute multiple times from just a single click, then I began having issues with adjusting the volume. If I moved the switch up or down to change the volume sometimes it would make a loud screeching sounds and disconnect from the base. I would have to place the headset in the charging base and wait for it to connect and begin charging, then remove it from the base and turn it back on. Very inconvenient when this happens in the middle of a call. I got the headset only replaced under the warranty, kept the same base. After about 1 1/2 years the 2nd headset started exhibiting the exact same behavior with the mute/volume button so Im about to have to warranty it again. Its great that I have the warranty but I have to go without my headset for 1-2 weeks when I send it in. Other than the repeated issue, I love the headset. Has great sound quality, excellent range, and is comfortable to wear all day. Also has fantastic battery life.
