I ordered two dust covers from Digital Deck Covers: a PS3 Ultra Slim cover and a PS2 original/fat cover. (Please note this listing is for a regular PS3 cover.)

My son-in-law was looking for something to keep the dust off of his Playstation and I found this on Amazon. He seems to be satisfied with it.

This protector works very well, it is nice and thick and fits perfectly around our X Box. It has a rubber-like lining around the inside to ensure the dust is kept out. We had a problem with dust getting in previously which is why I bought this because Im not trying to pay for another repair. It shipped in a timely manner which is always a bonus.

Great coverage, no pun intended! Made of an excellent material that repels dust, its a perfect way to protect your game console. Its compatible with two versions of the PS3 console; Phat, slim, but Im sure they had one for the 4xxx series. Keeping your electronics dust free is one My priorities, and Digital Deck covers had done it with this one. Buy it.

Needed a dust cover for my fat box version of the PS3. This works perfectly. However, one mention is that if you have the A/C power and HDMI cable connected, the cover doesnt cover the ps3 completely. It does the job so Im not complaining about the wires being unplugged.
