Dont like the new model. They removed the letter backing to replace it with a back mesh. That Mesh back padding will eventually give out and wont last as long as leather backing.

I really like this backpack. It is roomy and fits all the gear I need. Mostly used for commuting to and from the office and for business travel. Fits my Mac Book Pro 16 M1 with room to spare. The organization options are great. Looks awesome, who doesnt like a weathered leather look? The only downside is that the straps are not super comfortable. When putting it on and off the adjustable part of the straps tends to chaff my forearm but its totally managable. Highly recommend.

Use this every day out in the oilfield and its standing up well. Lots of pockets and fits my 17 inch laptop perfectly.
