It really works! I have a conure. If his poop has a chance to fully dry on plastic surfaces, some of it turns to concrete & is impossible to get off using elbow grease. A pet store worker highly recommended Natures miracle, but it was no miracle against my conures poop. It simply didnt work. After hearing such glowing recommendations about Natures miracle, my expectations were not very high for this product. Well I was beyond thrilled when it actually worked!!! As others have said, spray it on & let it sit for a few minutes before wiping with a rag. Do I love the smell? No. But once you rinse it off the smell goes away. So who cares that poop-off doesnt smell nice. It is SAFE to use & cannot harm my bird, and makes an impossible task doable. If you have an issue with bird poop that has turned to concrete, give this a try. I bought the gallon on Amazon and went to the dollar store for a spray bottle. I am so glad I took the chance on poop-off.

I give this 5stars, it is one of very few that you can actually use to clean cages?, counter tops etc., while your bird is right there, totally smells good and will not harm your bird even while its wet, been using this for almost 5 years, the plus is that if your parrot decides he wants in on the cleaning , even if they touch it with their beak or feet, it for sure will not harm your companion, of course you dont spray it on them but if it happens, so safe, and it works great for wiping down their perches, gets food off, poop off, so easy to use, parrots get curious and I use it for non parrot related surfaces too, I clean my countertops , floors including it works great on carpet areas also, when your bird has an accident or even if you or your bird spills tea, mmulti use! Hope that made sense, other cleaners you have to wait til its dry, not with this product, vets and zoos use this product!!

This is my first experience with canaries. I have 3 siblings at present and boy as much as I enjoy watching them they sure are messy little things. Their dries like concrete! No kidding!! And there is no scraping it off with anything. This product thankfully does the job nicely. I spray it on let it set a few minutes and wells. Poop is off! Not to mention the smell is gone as well.

Product is FANTASTIC, gave always loved it. Shipping was TERRIBLE. Box was opened after it left amazon and retapped. Cover was off jug of cleaner, ,jug was in plastic bag-which was open. Luckily foil seal held cleaner in. And no invoice was in package. And it took over month to get.

Im pretty squeamish when it comes to pet waste, and we have a lot of birds. My SO found out about this from a friend and got a bottle, and when it ran out I bought a whole jug of the stuff. I cant stand bird droppings around the house and on furniture, but this practically erases it from the mortal world! It does have an oddly spicy accent which isnt necessarily bad, (though again, squeamish,) but I dont think I could stand to not keep this in stock!

We have used this stuff for years! Have feathered friends is messy and this stuff does the trick. Just make sure you test objects for colorfastness first. Our green leather couch is a little blotchy looking after 20 years of dabbing with this cleaner.
