This steamer definitely changed the game for me literally prolly one of the best thing I could have ever bought ,soon as it arrived I Immediately put it to use & use it on a daily basis it’s very powerful, comes with cleaning tools ,easy to use This is definitely a great buy when you have small little ones from sterilize toys cleaning the couch’s anywhere in the bathroom kitchen etc ,getting those hard to clean areas done it gets the JOB DONE ANYWHERE. VERY PLEASED

This steamer is very necessary in my household. I have 2 boys and some messy things I can not reach without power steamer stream. Handheld steamer is my little helper in Housecleaning any surface

I dont review much on Amazon, but felt compelled this time. DO NOT BUY THIS!! I have owned other similar steamers and this is by far the worst. The big selling point for me was that it could go up to 221°F, so I bought it.But the reality is not as advertised, I can even put my hand directly on the outlet and feel the lukewarm steam, which is unacceptable to me. They stress not to overfill it, but there is no way to see the water level. You have to just guess from the measuring cup. If you fill it up to start and then use 50% of the water during your project, you have to sit there and hold the trigger until no more steam comes out. It is not quick. My previous steamer had a valve that you could release a little steam pressure before opening the main valve. Like most China made products these days, the instructions were absolutely terrible. To the point that the weird wording and pictures could actually lead to someone getting hurt. And HERE is the best part, I used it 3 times the day it came, and then it just stopped working! I think of the cliches You get what you paid for and Caveat Emptor. I strongly recommend you do so as well and stay away. Hope this helps.

I use this steamer at work. Powerful steam works great melting ice, makes defrosting so quick without melting plastic. The long nozzle attachment makes hard to reach places so easy!!! I recommend purchasing.

This steam cleaner has made my life so much easier. The steam allows for dirt and grim to come off if those hard to read areas. I hate scrubbing the tile in my bathroom and now I just have the steam do all the work for me.

It does heat up and produce some steam, but the steam was interspersed with spurts of lukewarm water. when I go to spray the grout it sprays a stream of water more than steam. So, in a matter of 20 seconds, I have very little grout (not even 1 grout line between 2 tiles) cleaned and big puddle of water. It did this repeatedly. So, this is why I could not recommend this.it would take anyone all day to do the simplest of cleaning jobs! Hell a humidifier puts out more heat and steam than this junk! I will say when I received it, it appeared like it was a returned item, just the packing inside was not perfect - so, maybe it was a bad one returned previously. Also, the indicator light would go on and off and back on and off, so maybe it had a heating element issue. Either way, I was not impressed. I dont know why this product sells so well without any real reviews? Now I share my real buying experience, hoping to give a reference to more people who want to buy, Disappointed in the product, I’d recommend saving for a bigger one so it can actually be used.

ok well i only purchased this to remove some wallpaper in the kitchen and it did that. But lets go over why i wouldnt recommend this product. 1. it only holds a very small amount of water (less than a cup full). 2. it takes around 3 minutes to heat up. 3. it would only steam for about 30 seconds then if i shook it as i used it would spit out steam and water (be careful as i feel it would be easy to get burned). 4. when the water is used up it must be unplugged and let sit for around 5 minutes to cool down before refill but if your expecting to use this on a large job forget about it. this might be more suitable for steaming clothes or small project as i used it for.
