Bag is awesome and looks manly enough for my son to use. It had held up well so far and I would definitely recommend it.

After I did a lot of research on a few duffle bag brands and read most reviews, I purchased this 28-inch duffel bag with rack for my daughters dance competition. I really like the bag in which the materials are of premium quality as described, and the bag is super strong and big enough to hold all the stuff without any problem. I tested all the zippers, and they are very strong and very easily holding up. There is an assembly instruction in the bag to show you step by step how to set up the rack. I suggested all the uses to read before starting to build up the rack to avoid breaking rods. I also watched the video on Amazon about how to set up the rack for this garment bag before I start to set up mine. I can set it up by myself without problem and the rack looks very sturdy. In addition, I had a great experience when contacting customer service. They quickly responded back to me and resolved my problem. I’d like to recommend this garment bag and the great customer service provided behind the product!

I took my time shopping for this item because they are expensive. We have been to several dance competitions and I have stalked everyones bags:) and interviewed their owners! This was the winner for our wish list: hanging rack, lots of pockets, 4 wheels, black to hide dirt/stains, easy pulling, quick set up, and rings inside to organize costumes. We have been to one competition so far and have been very impressed with the quality and organization options. We have the largest hard-sided train case you can get, that fits along with 6 pairs of shoes, 10 costumes, a lunch box, an expandable stool & extra clothes. We were so impressed we bought on for her BFF on the team-put them together and you have a changing area. I love all the pockets which keep her organized when she needs a quick costume change. The only thing I wish it came with was the long mirror I have seen other bags come with. Great buy!

The piles aren’t even the same size so we cannot build it

I received the dance bag today. It is a nice bag with plenty of space but it was covered in mold and had a damp feeling. The metal rings are also rusted. The box it came in was dry and it was wrapped in plastic. I am not sure how the water got inside. This is disappointing because I needed this for my daughters dance competition. Other than the mold and rust the bag is really nice. Very large with a nice hanging rack. I have sent a message to the seller. Hopefully I will get some assistance with this issue. It would have been 5 stars had it not been water damaged!

This bag is great quality! It is has lots of roomy pockets and the garment bar is very easy to set up and holds all of my daughter’s costumes. It’s great to have something very self contained so her things are not spread all over the backstage. The rings on the inside are my favorite part. We can just pull out the hangers and put everything up on the rack. Everything stays needy and organized. Customer service is also fantastic! I had a small issue when I got the bag, but customer service rectified it asap! Would definitely recommend this to any dancer/performer or person who wants to be organized! **customer service still checks in on me months later to make sure all is well! Their customer service is unreal! Also asked me if I wanted a free nameplate for the bag 2 months after I purchased! Can’t say enough about bag or service!
