PYD Life 2 PCS Sublimation Blanks Skinny Tumbler White 20 OZ Straight Double Wall Stainless Steel Tumbler with Metal Straw Tumbler Cups for Tumbler Heat Press Machine Heat Transfer

I have ordered 4 cups 2 were smooth and 2 were rough feeling can someone explain to me why do they feel so different??? I was please with the 2 that feels smooth with a shiny coating.

First time ordering from this company I needed something quick and I am amazed with how bright the colors turned out on the tumbler will definitely be ordering more from them

We have used PYD life many times before with no issues. However recently, their quality has dropped significantly. The last 2 pack we purchased had coating problems. The first had tiny bumps which i thought wouldnt be an issue. They were. They were air bubbles that pooped in the heat press popping off specks of the coating. Another section of the other tumbler did not have any of the sublimation coating on it. The section missing coating as approximately 2 inches long and half an inch tall. Because the coating is clear, over the white background, we didnt know it was missing until we sublimated the full wrap design onto the tumbler.

Takes ink well, great for sublimation images. Like that it comes with a metal straw. Would buy again.

I am using a new tumbler press so if there are any imperfections in the tumbler colors, it would be from user error. The tumblers pressed as well as others I have used.

I did not get the.shrink wrap with my order

I have sublimated many tumblers, but this was my first time using this brand. I tried the same design twice and both times the ink smudged in the exact same spot and left what looked like a big drip mark on the cup. I will not be ordering these again.
