You have to pop off the mouth piece to push down the rubber ring for the straw to work.

I have not done hot liquids yet but the cold is only 8 hours not 24 like the description states. I also wish it did not have the lip at the top wo it’s stuck being white there no matter what at least I have not figured that out to get it to not be white.

These water bottles came out so soooo good. I will be ordering more today. Only problem I had was measurements. It doesn’t say what they are. But WOW!!!! So happy.

This is my first time buying this brand and I am very pleased with these tumblers they sublimate perfectly the colors really pop and I really like that they come with the circles for the bottom of the tumblers my customer really loved their encanto cup I will definitely buy again this is a wonderful quality product.

The first sets of this product I bought had nice plain, white boxes for gifting the finished product. This was fantastic. This new set has cardboard boxes with product details on it. No good for gifting.

Nice size! These tumblers sublimate beautifully! I put an iced drink in one on a Tuesday evening, come Thursday morning it still had ice! I kid you not! It was not in the fridge, just sitting on the dining room table! Great quality. I will definitely be buying more. My clients love them too!

Some of the tall water bottles can be infused with mug press, but this doesn’t work. The mouth of it doesn’t fit over the base plate so it sits up too high you get a print on lower half, flip and get on upper half, but there is a significant white/ghosted stripe in the middle
