Did not come with the cupcake toppers, or the 12 inch balloons. Only had 1 of the cake toppers and it was broken. The banner came ripped! Would’ve been cute if it came with everything and not damaged!!!

Here’s how it turned out, and my son was so excited to come downstairs and see his decorations! I did get some additional things that I purchased from a different app, but everything turned out perfect! So since we didn’t have cupcakes, I had an actual cake for him. I took the wooden pick out of the cupcake toppers and stuck them on the wall as stickers with tape. I also didn’t use the clear balloons because I thought it would be too much. Hope this review help someone else decide!

My 2 year old is really into race cars. These decorations were a perfect addition to his birthday party. The balloons were easy to blow up. I just bought a helium tank at Walmart

They were easy to set up and cute for 2 year olds birthday, however some of the balloons were tough to blow up without ripping them at the base where the straw went in

Everything worked out well. The only thing I’d change is the quality of the confetti balloons. They are super cute but the balloon place popped two while inflating and another one popped on the drive home. Otherwise nice little birthday set!

Good quality but overpriced. Was hoping to catch this item on sale as I didnt need or use all the items. But it served its purpose for the party theme.
