my computer was stuck on the recovery blue screen i bought the recovery disk and fixed it the first time i use it my computer is working good like it already was dont waste money taking it to a computer shop this is easy and it works disk worked for my dell lap top 14inch very happy with buying this disk saved money for shore

NO IT DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR MY COMPUTER..

I purchased this CD for my Windows 10 desktop PC hung on the login screen (screen is without login window). I inserted the CD, no Results of Anything-No Safe Mode boot, still all as was with ongoing problem. The advertised listing posts follow instructions-No Instructions if the disk does no reboot into another mode. I emailed the merchant as posted on small business card included with CD-no reply. Price is fair-Product does not work for my complication. This was a Total Waste of my Money! Now I will have to perform a complete reinstall of Windows 10. No Function, not as promised in advertised listing.

Got my coWorks Better with windows mputer booted .I then re loaded a new copy of windows 10.Got rid of the HP stuff it was useless.

Not the easiest to use......was ready to junk desktop.....one last try....and computer was restored....
