Very fast in charging my Samsung Galaxy Note 10plus.

Charges my Galaxy S20+ quickly, and the cable that came with it is of acceptable quality and long enough for my phone to reach the mount I use while still charging. I prefer not to keep the charger inserted in the socket in all the time and store it in the console when not in use. The LED light was helpful when I plugged my phone in and noticed it wasnt charging, and I hadnt realized that the device was not firmly seated in the socket. Ive not tried to charge any other phone or tablet, or more than one at a time so I cant speak to those functions, but it suits my own needs well for a reasonable price.
