2ND UPDATE: The one that was exchanged for now is starting to ripple.. DO NOT BUY THIS ... it is way to expensive and will ripple, we are about 15 days over the date to send back so we are stuck with it! So disappointed. I would give it zero points if I could!!

I lost faith in RAZER products after the customer service center made me jump through so many hoops for an obvious faulty mouse button. Im sure they just string it out hoping you will give up. Better treat all RAZER products like there is NO warranty. Buyer Beware!

Honestly it didnt have any problem at all super nice and matched with my keyboard which is Razer too!

first time I order something used/refurbished from amazon wearhouse and Im not disappointed. Leds work great and the razer software recognized the mat just fine. Didnt seem used, looked more like someone bought it and didnt like it or maybe the size was too big for their desk and returned it. Overall great buy and saved some money on top of that.

I wanted to get a mouse pad for my new desk, but I thought this would be a better solution. I had to do a little troubleshooting to get Razer Synapse to recognize the pad, but it was a quick fix. It goes very well with my new Razer mouse and keyboard. Overall, very happy with the quality of this product!

I love how it looks with my mouse and deksk. The razer chroma is awesome and the material i think have a good quality and feels soft. if you are a gamer this is a speed mouse pad

The mousepad is a great size and is made of high quality materials. It does come out of the box a bit wavy on the edges, but with a day or so of sitting out to stretch with some light books on the wavy spots, it soon flattened out and has remained so.

This mouse pad is probably one of my favorites. I just recently switched to a full sized. I wish that the top mat was hard instead of soft because I got used to the razor firefly and I just like hard top mouse pads. The RGB is very nice very cool, and the mouse slides across easily, I don’t like soft mouse pads but that is my preference so I am not going to reduce any stars for that reason. Other than that it is a cool mouse pad very big covers my whole desk and the RGB is really nice.
