O order a product, i receive another. The photo was Kenneth Cole renegade and received a cheaper one. I accepted, the stress to send back, but not a good and serious seller

I am very disappointed that the color is not the same as the photograph in website. IT IS GREY- has no purple. Very disappointed.

Lots of room and lots of little compartments for small items and shoes, etc.

After a few months of weekly air travel, the extension handle on the large roller is now broken. One arm of the handle came apart and fell back down inside the mechanism. This was an expensive set of luggage for such a short term life!! I’d like a refund but it says the return window is closed. Horrible.

Easily crack . All 3 cracked. I used them once

My only minor complaint is my adjustable handle doesn’t click into the medium height properly so it’s either low or high, which is fine. LOVE this otherwise. I also have the regular size Kenneth Cole Reaction suitcase in another color (from a retailer). Both are great price and value!
